6sixs may ask you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or at any other point. Accepted documents may include a CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

Withdrawal processing times depend on the method chosen. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed quickly, often within a few hours during business hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days to clear depending on the receiving bank.

If you have an active bonus with remaining wagering requirements, withdrawals of bonus-derived funds may be held until those requirements are met. Real-money funds not derived from bonuses remain withdrawable at any time subject to the standard verification process.

Every bonus on 6sixs comes with a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The exact multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
Bonuses are valid for a limited time from the date they are credited to your account. If the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may void the existing bonus depending on the terms of the new offer.
Attempts to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, placing low-risk bets specifically to clear wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on 6sixs, including cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, Test matches), football, esports, kabaddi, and all other sports markets offered on the platform.
Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 6sixs reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including where a player has a demonstrated history of advantage play or where market integrity concerns exist.
If a bet is accepted due to an obvious pricing error — for example, odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — 6sixs reserves the right to void or recalculate the bet at the correct odds. Players will be notified in such cases.
Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, event cancellation, incorrect market settlement, or confirmed match-fixing by the sport's governing body. Voided bets are returned as a refund to the player's balance at the stake amount.
Live (in-play) betting is offered on selected events. Bets placed during live markets are subject to a short delay to allow for odds recalculation. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen acceptance notification. Do not assume a bet is confirmed until this message appears.
Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement. 6sixs will not be liable for any losses arising from a player's failure to check applicable limits before placing a bet.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — such as a disconnection, server fault, or interrupted round — 6sixs will attempt to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last confirmed state. If this is not possible, the affected stake may be refunded at our discretion. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction are not payable.

Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 6sixs will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered contact details before any action is taken on an inactive account balance.
